Assist in processing copier and printer contract billing.
Collect required billing/print volume data:
Review completeness of our automated data request task results.
Monitor email inbox for questions and responses from customers.
Perform print volume request phone calls as necessary.
Accurately estimate print volume when necessary.
Identify and resolve various billing discrepancies and warnings prior to invoicing.
Ensure invoices are distributed based on customer preferences.
Complete routine tasks to leverage our billing system’s automation capabilities.
Resolve stale billing data by contacting the customer and internal resources.
Field contract billing related questions from customers, sales reps, and leasing companies.
Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, accounting/billing experience a plus.
Associates degree preferred.
Extensive software skills required, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written communication.
Pleasant telephone manner and proper phone etiquette.
Superior organizational skills and accuracy.
