Job Overview:

The Field Marketing Manager (FMM) role is responsible for driving marketing plans to increase pipeline and penetration into new logo and existing customer accounts. This position will drive high touch marketing programs that generate quality pipeline, move prospects and customers through the sales cycle, and build customer intimacy. The FMM role will support the CenturyLink SMB sales organization in a fast paced environment and requires experience both marketing and sales expertise.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Increase Adoption & Participation for Marketing Tools

  • Attain Lead Generation Targets

  • Increase Adoption & Participation for Marketing Campaigns & Programs

  • Execute Local Events

  • Increase Awareness Internally and Externally to Promote Usage of the National Business Referral Program

  • Host internal and external events (Learning, Hospitality, Web) and measuring the outcome in terms of ROI

  • Conduct new hire training sessions to review all available marketing tools, content, campaigns, and programs

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant work experience or Master’s degree with 4+ years of relevant work experience

  • Proven track record of successfully partnering with sales management

  • Experience with developing integrated, multi-touch marketing plans

  • Experience with sales and marketing automation systems Salesforce and Marketo

  • Experience with Data, Voice, Cloud & Managed Services Preferred

  • Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, multi-tasker, creative and analytical

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years’ of marketing related experience

  • Prior field marketing experience with an IT/Telecommunications organization

Travel 20-30%
