Description

  • Collaborate with internal and external off-premise retail teams to develop and deliver impactful trade marketing solutions

  • Demonstrative skills in creating retail promotions focused on translating national programs and assets into inventive campaigns that drive brand awareness, conversion, and sales.

  • Work with agencies partners to develop POCM support materials, merchandising elements and innovative solutions for specialized programming.

  • Coordinate with Procurement on special requests to develop new solutions, maximize pricing, and ensure that items are delivered on time.

  • Interface with Retailer Marketing & Buying teams to generate in store, digital, social, and Retailtainment solutions tailored to support Retailer objectives.

  • Foster and strengthen support of initiatives through developing mutually beneficial Relationship between Key Internal and External stakeholders.

  • Comprehensive Analytical skills with a concentration on promotional analysis, deep dive of syndicated data, and efficacy metrics

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills

  • Minimum of 2 years business experience in sales or marketing

  • Strong team work skills and orientation

  • Excellent verbal and written communications

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, syndicated data and internal system tools
