Ent Credit Union Marketing Research Specialist in Colorado Springs, Colorado

POSITION DESCRIPTION:The function of this position is to provide the best information possible,leveraging both internal and external sources, to support; marketingcampaign targeting, tracking and campaign ROI measurement; credit unionmembership demographic and trend analysis; and support marketing researchefforts (surveys, focus groups, etc) as needed across both member andnon-member populations.In addition to supporting the research instruments Ent uses today as part ofthe credit union's Balanced Scorecard and credit union performancebenchmarking initiatives, this position is also responsible for managingEnt's MCIF system and the Young Adult Council program.This position requires competency in data gathering and analysis tools andtechniques, as well as a high level of comfort with the technology and toolsrequired to perform those job functions.In addition, this position will be the back-up for the Digital MarketingSpecialist assisting with the management of Content Management Systems(Ent.com, and the Intranet), and executing digital marketing, andgraphic resizes as needed.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for the MCIF system, member surveys, and market researchincluding external and internal focus groups.Support Marketing Managers with data needs in evaluating campaign success andfeasibility, and business lines with next best cross sell information.Assist and back-up the Digital Marketing Specialist with Content ManagementSystems (Ent.com and Intranet), executing digital marketing tactics,and managing digital assets.Develop ad hoc and monthly executive reports.EDUCATION:Knowledge consistent with a degree in communication, marketing, or relatedsubject. Preferred: A BA in Marketing is preferred.MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:Minimum of three years of experience in marketing research or data analysis.Experience with project and vendor relationship management preferred.TECHNICAL OR SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:Strong competency in SQL and/or related database languages.Strong competency in leveraging web based survey tools for data collection.Computer literate in MS Office applications or similar office suite software.Experience with Raddon's MCIF system a plus.Experience with Symitar Episys EZwriter a plus.Experience with focus group facilitation a plus.PHYSICAL/PSYCHOLOGICAL REQUIREMENTS:This position requires the individual to perform normal office/deskmanagement activities including the use of hands and fingers for repetitiveand detailed tasks such as word processing, operation of a pointingdevice, and document handling.Ent Is an Equal Opportunity Employer Females/Minorities/Veterans/Disability
