Career Connection Network, LLC Administrative Assistant in Clarence, New York

This is a temp to hire opportunity offering a wonderful environment and the chance to work with a great group of people. The position is based in Williamsville, NY just outside of Clarence, NY. Starting pay rate is $13.75/hr.

The Administrative Assistant reports to the Executive Assistant and performs varied duties at the front desk including answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, distributing mail and providing administrative support for various departments within the company. The following list is not all inclusive, but represents typical daily responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant. (The Executive VP, CFO, VP of Operations, HR Manager or Accounting Manager may assign additional responsibilities as necessary.)

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Answer a multi-line phone efficiently and connect callers appropriately
Welcome visitors to our corporate office with a friendly demeanor
Distribute mail timely and accurately
Utilize basic office equipment such as computer, copier, scanner, printer and fax
Provide administrative support to the Accounting Department with tenant correspondence, mass mailings, data entry, bank deposits and scan projects
Provide administrative support to the Operations Department through data entry, vendor documentation, and filing
Provide administrative support to the company executives with correspondence, mailings, file maintenance, and other projects as needed
