I have an immediate need for a Head of Marketing with B2C Product experience. This is a Full Time direct hire role with a Global Leading Fin-Tech company in Downtown Chicago (2 blocks from Union Station).

The Head of Marketing will work for a fast growing online consumer lending brand;in the Fin-Tech space and report directly to the Global Marketing Director. The Head of Marketing will have experience in acquisition and portfolio (aka retention) marketing for a direct product department within the organization. You will work alongside the P amp;L head to delight customers and help grow originations, revenue, and profit. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for leading a team and delivering marketing results through lead generation, affiliates, pre-approved direct mail, e-mail, paid digital, SEO, social media, and TV or Radio marketing channels.

The marketing teams unite digital and traditional marketers, account owners, direct marketing specialists and advertising pros who strive to craft a cohesive marketing strategy for each of our financial products. These gurus integrate marketing strategies between traditional marketing, SEM, e-mail, direct mail, lead generation and affiliate marketing to pave the way of our products directly to our customers. What you will do:

  • Team with P amp;L Head, Strategy and Operations Manager and Product Manager to build a business roadmap and integrate product and marketing strategies (new marketing channels, new features, new products etc.).
  • Set and own the multi-million dollar marketing budget and manage results and forecasts to ensure the business hits its targets on the way to a billion dollar balance sheet.
  • Lead the new and existing customer budgeting and forecasting processes, working with the P amp;L head, product management, finance, analytics, marketing, and operations to align the plan with Kotler rsquo;s 4 P rsquo;s.

Must Haves:

  • 10 + years of B2C product marketing experience
  • Management (3 direct reports)
  • Following acquisition marketing channels: pre-approved direct mail, leads, affiliates, digital (paid-search, SEO, website management and conversion)
  • Experience in retention/portfolio marketing- email, direct mail, segmentation, offer analysis
