Robert Half Office Team Administrative Assistant in Charlotte, North Carolina

A technology start-up company in South Charlotte is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a contract-to-hire opportunity. The position will start with part-time hours about 10-20 hours a week but will move to full-time once going permanent. Responsibilities: - Answer client calls and emails with excellent communication and customer service - Working with Excel spreadsheets and lists to maintain and organize data - Data entry, both alphanumeric and numeric - Letters and correspondence - Scheduling appointments and maintaining the calendar as needed - Travel may be included - Any other administrative or clerical tasks as needed Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years experience as an Administrative Assistant - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Excellent attention to detail - Ability to learn new things very quickly and multitask efficiently - Strong organization skills
