This position will support the Operations and District Manager administration and coordinate with all lines of business. Candidate must have strong customer service skills, problem solving, organization, and multitasking and have strong attention to detail. Advanced computer skills including word, excel & Microsoft outlook are preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries from employees, customers, vendors and others.
Light office cleaning
Handle all billing
Coordinate with drivers for pick up of vehicles
Prepare daily & weekly call in numbers for technicians
Operate credit card machine
Maintain filling system.
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies.l
Knowledgeable of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
Must have strong time management and organizational skills.
1-2 years of admin experience
Experience in automotive industry is preferred but not required
