Local Carpinteria company is looking for a Project Manager Assistant on a temporary to full-time basis. The Project Manager Assistant will be responsible for a wide variety of duties including coordinating projects with vendors, reviewing contracts, compiling paperwork, answering phones, assisting Project Manager, filing, faxing, copying, and general office duties as assigned. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, at least one year of experience in the construction industry and excellent customer service skills are required.
