This position is based in the NHS Carbondale Office and involves working 20 hours per week in the Outpatient Department and 20 hours per week in the Family Based Services Department. The staff person will work one evening per week. It includes responsibilities of chart filing,screening phone referrals, scheduling appointments, providing coverage for the reception desk, working with the electronic health record, inputting payroll into the ADP System, customer service responsiveness and other general office tasks for overall program operations.

Associates degree or certification in medical records preferred. High

School Diploma considered. 1 year experience performing Medical

Records work is preferred. Strong computer, organizationa, detail oriented and

customer service skills are required.
