About This Role:

The Senior Events Marketing Associate is responsible for developing and executing marketing programs to drive audience acquisition and sponsorships for Forrester Events. As part of the Global Events Marketing Team, the role will primarily focus on US events, but also support Forrester’s EMEA and APAC events through a combination of digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and partnership channels.

  • Work across teams to help develop and execute marketing plans to support Forrester Forums and Workshops, including budget, audience targeting, messaging, channel, and touch strategies.

  • Design and distribute HTML email campaigns; analyze and track campaign effectiveness.

  • Manage website layout and content for Events pages.

  • Ideate and create original copy for organic and paid social media posts and advertisements through Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

  • Monitor social feeds, communities, and engage with the online community to promote forums and answer attendee questions.

  • Manage new and existing paid advertising, and source partnerships with appropriate media companies.

  • Attend events when support is needed onsite.

    • Five plus years of product marketing experience (international preferred).
  • Strong business and marketing writing skills.

  • Email design experience with the knowledge to hand-code HTML

  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

  • Ability to manage large quantities of diverse content while maintaining a clear attention to detail.

  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently.

  • Experience in SalesForce and Eloqua programs preferred.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Dreamweaver.

  • S./B.A. in marketing or a related field.
