About This Role:
The Events Marketing Associate is responsible for executing marketing programs to drive audience acquisition and sponsorships for Forrester Events. As part of the Global Events Marketing Team, the role will primarily focus on US events, but also support Forrester’s EMEA and APAC events through a combination of digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and partnership channels.
Craft sales collateral including email scripts, ppt decks, and registration forms.
Compile and format content from multiple sources for promotional materials.
Design HTML email campaigns; analyze and track campaign effectiveness.
Manage communications to registered event attendees.
Run post-Forum attendee analysis to better understand our attendee profiles.
Manage website updates for individual events pages.
Attend events when support is needed onsite.
Two plus years of product marketing experience.
Strong business and marketing writing skills.
Email design experience with the knowledge to hand-code HTML
Experience updating websites.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in SalesForce and Eloqua programs preferred.
Ability to manage large quantities of diverse content while maintaining a clear attention to detail.
Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Dreamweaver.
S./B.A. in marketing or a related field.
