Job Description:

This role sits in the global sales and marketing function within The Yield Book and Citi Fixed Income Indices businesses. The existing marketing function comprises of two marketing specialists – one in London and one in San Francisco – and a three-person design / web development team in Buffalo, NY.

The successful candidate will support the strategic rebranding of The Yield Book and Citi Fixed Income Indices businesses, immediately following the transition of the businesses to new ownership.

The candidate’s primary focus will be the application of new branding to an extended library of existing marketing collateral (print), as well as any new materials generated by the businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Working within the marketing team to develop and coordinate execution of key marketing initiatives to support the rebrand of the businesses globally, including:

  • Contributing to the development and roll out of new branding for the businesses, working with key stakeholders across the business and at corporate level in the new parent organization

  • Applying new branding to the businesses’ print collateral

  • Creating final press-ready files based on supplied specifications as well as PDF files for review purposes

  • Preparing final press-ready files based on supplied specifications as well as PDF files for review purposes

  • Ensuring that all artwork and files are accurate and adhere to brand standards

  • Following all specifications, and meeting timeline and deliverable requirements

  • Working closely together with existing sales and marketing team members and assisting on all business relevant tasks requiring new branding

  • Interacting and working together with other teams across the businesses (including development, client service, technical support, legal and billing)

Qualifications

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is required, with at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience

  • Online portfolio that demonstrates understanding of design principles and typography is needed

  • Finance / Marketing experience is a plus

  • Creative with a good foundation of skills encompassing design, typography, and layout

  • Organized, with high attention to detail and strong project planning and execution skills

  • Ability to meet or exceed timeline and deliverable requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Familiarity with agile project management platforms (Atlassian Confluence, JIRA)
