Lenovo EMEA Marketing Operations Manager in Bratislava, Slovakia
The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible to support the smooth ongoing operation of Marketing tools and process at a Market level. This entails the management of investments, tools and processes to identify, prioritize, and manage overall Market needs including, but not limited to: incremental investments, new initiative planning, quarterly and annual business planning, and budget management. The Manager will mainly support the Markets in order to achieve the proposed KPIs and follow EMEA Marketing strategy and goals, develop new and / or enhance existent processes to deliver Campaigns within the available budget, ROI analysis and accurate report out. The position requires good communication skills, experience working on a complex, multi-cultural environment, and proven problem-solving techniques. The Marketing Operations Manager will proactively oversee Markets’ plans and ensure all procedures and processes as are followed and controlled. Ongoing interaction and collaboration across a number of groups, including Functional teams, Finance, 4P, Sales and an array of vendors and contractors if needed. This role also has important interfaces coordinating with Marketing Leaders securing the strategies are applied on a Market level.
Work as a Operations support to Markets, building a bridge between Market strategies and EMEAs OSTMs.
Develop new and / or enhance existent processes and tools to support Market Teams to deliver Campaigns within the available budget, ROI and ROA analysis and accurate report out.
Support the Markets through all aspects of quarterly and annual planning.
Monitor and ensure full execution accountability on the part of all team.
Organize and manage bottom up calls with the Markets to ensure visibility for both teams.
Coordinate project priorities and budgets with Managers to ensure adequate tools.
Provide an interface to technical functions supporting the development and management of business-critical technologies.
Provide trainings and materials to the Markets to make sure they deliver the best Alliance campaigns within Partners Guidelines
Track KPIs achievements.
Requires minimum of 3 years of experience on high-paced environment, Marketing Operations / Controlling function within a world-class company.
A clear aptitude for development of relationships with a large array of cultures, easily adapting as needed to provide the expected support.
Strong problem-solving attitude that delivers operational support and elevates team performance within a fast-paced organization.
Ability to analyze and review business plans cross with Marketing activities to deliver the best results on ROA and ROI.
Strong attention to detail.
Able to handle ambiguity with grace.
Excel knowledge – from intermediate up.
English speaker – be able to communicate with several co-workers whom English is not the native language
