Marketing Automation Manager to nurture automation strategy who will serve as the catalyst for the growth of engagement, conversion, and revenue generated from our automated marketing ecosystem. The Marketing operations group is seeking an experienced Platform lead for a role, focusing specifically on enabling the future of demand generation utilizing marketing automation, CRM, data warehouse, and other enterprise software solutions.
The Marketing operations team is a key driver of leads and revenue for the pan HP business portfolio, so we’re looking for an innovative marketer to take it to the next level.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with key stakeholders (Campaign Ops, Field Marketing, Sales, Services, & support) to implement automation for marketing campaigns and programs
Work cross functionally within Marketing Operations to support all web efforts and joint projects.
Lead team to Configure and deploy new marketing automation solutions (Eloqua) and integrate them with CRM (Salesforce.com)
Collaborate with functional leads in the sales systems group on enhancing and troubleshooting issues with the lead creation system and integration
Develop and implement data quality and enrichment programs utilizing external data sources
Assess marketing automation user and functionality utilization; provide recommendations on how to improve in both areas
Advise on best practices and train marketing ops peers with regard to marketing automation capabilities, testing, and projected results
Provide expertise in the areas of implementing propensity models, account and contact scoring programs across the business units and customer/prospect Lifecycle
Provide expertise and best practices in implementing data driven nurturing programs utilizing Eloqua and other source system data
Key Performance Indicators:
Increase Lead Conversion 20+%
Marketing enablement and automation platform adoption
Improve marketing efficiency(velocity, quality, scale) by 10+% through nurturing and scoring programs
Innovation on data driven marketing automation
Excellent problem solving and creative solution building skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment working with multiple teams including Sales Ops and field marketing
Experience administering Marketing Automation solution; Eloqua is preferable
Major plus - Experience integrating Eloqua with Data warehouse or other custom databases
Experience implementing full cycle projects including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and support
Experience managing projects of varying complexity; time management and project management are critical skills
Eloqua Certification or Eloqua training
Salesforce.com certification a major plus
Exceptional proficiency in learning complex software solutions
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, team building, and support skills
Demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, initiative, and leadership
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus
