PATIENTMONITORING AND RECOVERY focuses on improving outcomes associated with respiratory compromise, deep vein thrombosis, nutritional insufficiency, and healthcare associated infections.
The Sr Marketing Program Manager, Commercialization for Ventilation is responsible for all aspects of global commercialization of new ventilation platforms including global forecasting, training strategy, marketing tools and materials, customer segmentation, and logistics planning. The Sr Marketing Program Manager, Commercialization will lead cross-functional and cross-regional teams to create solid, executable market plans and requirements for ventilation products designed by a third party development partner and future products with an initial estimated market value of $100M. This will require leadership of the relationship with the development partner including coordination of launch delivery product characteristics. The Sr Marketing Program Manager, Commercialization must effectively interact influence commercial leaders in all regions, Research Development (RD) leadership, marketing communications, sales enablement, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, operations, and supply chain. The Sr Marketing Program Manager, Commercialization will be responsible for the integration of an entirely new ventilation platform (blower based) into the legacy AV division, identifying the highest opportunity global market segments for this new platform and aligning the organization to adopt deliver on the opportunity for the first product those to follow.
The Sr Marketing Program Manager, Commercialization will be responsible for working with all functions and regions to ensure organizational preparation to effectively bring new products to market. This includes, but is not limited to:
-Regional commercial training content development implementation
-Global Sales training materials planning
-Supply chain readiness and aligned metrics
-Pricing analysis recommendation
-Promotional messaging materials
-Professional education strategy
-Global forecast demand planning
-Engagement of customer advocates
-Limited Market release coordination
-Responsible for $0.5-1.0M budget for to develop implement programs to drive adoption of the new product(s)
-Responsible for leading multiple internal external project teams to ensure program stays on track and on schedule including leadership of the coordination between the external design company internal commercialization requirements
-Experience leading cross-functional teams (formally or informally)
-Experience with Medical device marketing including market segmentation, product positioning, pricing analysis and message development
-Leadership of at least 2 global medical device launches
-Proven track record of tactical and strategic product management with PL responsibility
-Experience leading project teams in multiple job areas
BS/BA degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or Engineering
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
7years of experience in medical device marketing with a Bachelor’s
5+ years of experience in medical device marketing with a Master’s degree
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
-Experience with global regulatory registration requirements and impact to commercial strategies
-Ability to lead successful execution through a matrixed organization
-Project management expertise – including the ability to establish effective metrics
-Ability to effectively communicate to senior leadership – progress updates, celebration of success or escalation of concerns
Strong knowledge of global ventilation markets, trends, competition, customer segments
Respiratory Therapist experience
Experience within the Respiratory industry
