Role description & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Global Enterprise Marketing Manager is a pivotal role in the Imaging Clinical Applications and Platforms (ICAP) Business Innovation Unit. This role will:

Support market identification, solution roadmap (including value proposition, business model, channels and go to market). Develop and work closely initially with KOLs, initially in developed markets (US/Canada and Europe), followed by other global key markets as identified. Support marketing aspects of product creation including defining requirements definitions, MVP roadmap, marketing claims etc Lead the downstream market introduction globally, working closely with the geographic marketing teams in target markets

The ICAP Enterprise Marketing Manager is responsible for launching profitable solution platforms that transform healthcare IT in Radiology and across departments within health systems.

This role reports to the ICAP Senior Director of Marketing, and works directly with the ICAP Enterprise Product Manager (upstream) and other marketing functions to ensure the products/solutions are introduced and delivered to customers. The Global ICAP Enterprise Marketing Manager owns the product lifecycle from launch through momentum and eventually product end-of-life. The person in this role is required to have significant past experience and expertise in Radiology and/or Healthcare IT, market segmentation, competitive strategy, and product introduction/launch.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Required

  • Bachelor’s in Healthcare or Business. MBA preferred.

  • 5+ years in marketing, product development or related field

  • 2+ years’ experience in healthcare IT solutions businesses, preferably in software marketing and sales.

  • Excellent customer-facing skills and passionate about customer needs/interests

  • Organized approach, and self-directed

  • Proven presentation skills

  • Proven communication skills and ability to influence colleagues

  • Experience in Enterprise/Imaging IT market. Understanding of the dynamics of healthcare marketing (key opinion leaders, key society meetings, etc…).

  • Boldness to create/shape markets whenever possible, exploiting Philips technologies, market positions and brand

  • Ability to synthesize market and customer feedback and existing and new products into solutions; comfortable with making tradeoffs

  • Ability to lead an organization to commercialize market leading products/solutions in a team environment

  • Proven ability to work in a global environment.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s in Healthcare or Business. MBA preferred.
