The Integrated and Local Marketing team is responsible for partnering with the Commercial team to develop the right quarterly marketing strategy, integrated plans, GTM strategies as well as local marketing to enable a targeted approach based on market nuances and segments. The Senior Director, Integrated Marketing will be responsible for understanding the business goals and then bringing together local and segment marketing teams to create an integrated marketing plan with a unified and seamless experience for consumers to interact with the brand and drive traffic across all channels. This includes partnering with the Commercial team to identify key business opportunities and develop the marketing plan including all aspects of marketing communication such as advertising, sales promotion, direct marketing, and social media, through their respective mix of tactics, methods, channels, media, and activities, so that all work together as a unified force. This person will also partner with the Brand Positioning team to ensure all messaging and communications strategies are consistent across all channels and are centered on the customer. Responsibilities Build the roadmap for targeted segments outlining goals, KPI's, storytelling/messaging and product marketing plan. Lead the team in creating strategic marketing campaigns through a well coordinated use of different promotional methods intended to drive customers to multi-channels including retail. Develop integrated multi-touch campaigns to drive demand among segments and target specific markets. Lead the overall strategy for go to market capitalizing on major business initiatives while leading the team responsible for local marketing and campaign go to market. Develop a proactive plan for supporting the core business. Develop a pipeline of ideas defining and prioritizing a strategic plan for how we go to market in specific local markets and segments. Define a holistic approach to communication in marketing to ensure consistent messaging. Define the roadmap and program priorities based on a strong understanding of customer needs and in-depth data analysis. Collaborate with key stakeholders in the organization to execute broader level plans to support high level corporate strategies. Develop short- and long-term vision, strategy and planning for the growth of local marketing channels. Qualifications High caliber Marketing Leader with expertise in segment marketing, all aspects of marketing communications, and channel marketing; wireless experience preferred. Strategic and business acumen and problem solving skills with the ability to turn findings into executable plans. Demonstrated ability to successfully lead both direct teams, and large cross-functional teams, toward a common goal. Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
