Job Overview:

Position Description: The Director of Global Channel (Scale) Marketing provides marketing leadership, demand generation and integrated marketing strategy for our “Depth” partners business

He or She will lead a team of Marketing Managers whose accountability is to develop, manage, land and execute global programs and campaigns to drive Partner led leads (“Sourced pipeline”), Partner led revenue (“ARR”) and other business goals. The scope of role will include both owning and managing our marketing relationships, campaigns and activities with and through Concur “Scale” Partners (Such as Solutions Providers, FSI, TMC, ADP Amex)

The scope of role may expand as new partners and partner types partner with Concur.

Responsibilities will include leading the team of Channel Marketing Managers ensuring the development, execution and landing of a scalable, global go to market framework, strategies, campaigns and marketing activities, KPIs and goals for assigned partnerships and channels, taking into account potential variances in market maturity levels.

Reporting to the VP of Global Channel and GCO Marketing, he or she will partner closely with business development, corporate marketing, product marketing, field marketing and marketing Ops.

Position Requirements

Responsibilities:

Leadership

  • Recruit, develop and retain top talent

  • Lead the team of Channel marketers Strategy & Alignment

  • Develop, drive, align and land Channel marketing framework, strategies, campaigns and activities which are both scalable as well as global.

  • Align Concur Channel marketing (HQ and field) plans with business development, segment/Product Marketing, and other stakeholders as needed

  • Ensure full alignment of local field plans with broader global strategy Execution

  • Meet and beat Partner led leads (Sourced Pipeline) and Partner led revenue (ARR) goals per partnership type, segment and geo

  • Ensure consistent planning, execution and performance reviews across all partnership types, geos and segments

  • Ensure the execution and landing (Global and local) of scalable and repeatable marketing campaigns and processes

  • Ensure clear and consistent communication to Channel partners regarding programs, events, and product specific information (“To Partner Marketing”) through various communications channels.

  • Ensure the planning and execution of marketing campaigns with and through partners(“Through Partner)

  • Manage and forecast marketing budget and related metrics including ROI or ROMI and CPA and NPS among others. Position Requirements: Education, Experience & Training required:

  • Minimum of ten years in partner marketing management with experience in business to business marketing of SaaS or other high technology products or services.

  • Experience in B2B 1:Many marketing is highly desired

  • Working in and/or with Global (International) teams is highly desired

  • BS/BA in Marketing or equivalent experience.

  • MBA is strongly preferred. Job Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

  • Ability to work cross functionally with peer group of senior and executive leadership in order to achieve goals.

  • Proven capabilities in people development, growth, and building a corporate culture of trust through training, objectives and coaching via influence rather than command and control.

  • Effective communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).

  • Financial modeling and analytical skills

  • Significant domestic and international travel will be required
