Role Overview:

Marketing Manager, TV Content Engagement and Value Delivery is an exciting opportunity within the Consumer Home Solutions Marketing team to drive engagement with our product and services.

The Team:The Home Solutions Customer Retention Marketing team (part of Customer Lifecycle Marketing team within Home Solutions Marketing) is a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative team responsible for managing churn, defining and executing retention strategies, managing COR, improving engagement with our products and services, and rewarding customer loyalty. We lead strategic programs to build world class customer value & engagement.

The Role:We are looking for an energetic, motivated individual who can drive a highly visible program. If you have strong strategic & analytic skills, project management and business planning, this could be the right opportunity for you. Our ideal candidate will also demonstrate a strong grasp of the competitive environment and customer base dynamics.

What YOU get to do:

  • Develop holistic plan to drive customer engagement with our wireline products and services

  • Analyze existing performance and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization

  • Collaborate across Home Solutions Marketing & Brand and Experience teams to develop annual and quarterly strategy to align with Customer Marketing objectives

  • Leverage customer insights and customer base analysis to lead a ‘data-driven’ approach to opportunity identification

  • Develop detailed campaign strategy and delivery plan for hand-off to Brand and Experience teams for campaign realization and delivery

What YOU Bring:

  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

o Demonstrated experience developing innovative programs based on customer insight and quantitative analysis to drive product engagement

o Experience using analytic tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, etc.) and ability to provide frameworks for others to provide meaningful insight

o Background in consumer wireline products (IPTV, high-speed internet, home phone) will be considered an asset

o Strong quantitative analytics and problem solving skills including business case and financial assessment skills

o An entrepreneurial spirit which will drive passionate ownership, and responsibility for the business

o Experience facilitating cross functional teams

o Ability to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives in the portfolio and work within an environment of rapid change

o Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills including the ability to collaborate effectively in situations without formal influence & across geographies

o Continuous improvement mentality - challenging the status quo

o Strong presentation and communication skills (with experience interacting with senior leaders in a large organization)

o Strong bias to action with the ability to work independently to produce the required results

  • Education/Special Certification:

o Bachelor of Commerce or similar post-secondary degree with a business/marketing emphasis

  • Years of Experience:

o Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, marketing analytics, customer base management, and/or a strategic planning role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
