Robert Half is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support C-level Executives for a manufacturing company in Baltimore, MD. Daily Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain correspondence.
Prepare meeting presentations and documents including lunches, conferences, interviews, etc.
Coordinate domestic and international travel plans as well as prepare passports, visas, and prepare detailed itineraries.
Maintain office supplies, purchasing materials, coordinating maintenance of office equipment.
Process and distribute mail.
Heavy international and domestic calendar management.
Process expense reports.
Manage confidential documentation.
Other office related duties as assigned. Qualifications:
International travel arrangements.
Five to seven years of administrative experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
