Description:

  • Manage the implementation of brand programming within channel to delivery share growth.

  • Knowledge of the Off-Premise Channel.

  • Manage the trade spend and ROI for channel programs.

  • Cascade and examine promotions, modifications and CM/CSM strategy directives.

  • Direct channel specific pilots; manage optimization of each channel's key levers.

  • Cascade annual/trimester channel blueprint (Initiatives and Programs).

  • KPI's - Channel Volume and MACO for Region - Program Objective Execution.

Qualifications

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required; MBA Preferred.

  • 3-5 years sales and/or marketing experience.

  • In-depth knowledge of regional marketing and sales organization.

  • Strong communication skills, both internal and external, required.

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and internal system tools, required.
