Hargray's Sr. Marketing Manager will be responsible for overarching B2B marketing strategy, developing, implementing and executing marketing plans for the organization (or lines of business and brands within the organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Day-to-day tasks include leading marketing, partnering with sales and work with advertising agencies. This new position will report to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for putting together thoughtful end to end business marketing plans covering two states (GA / SC) and seventy areas.Mission: Energetic and intuitive marketing strategist with exceptional leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver effective strategies to generate results. Experienced in B2B strategic marketing planning, understanding of sales environments and ability to work with product management roadmaps.Leadership: Operate as the cente r of the marketing department planning B2B marketing plans with the ability to receive organization approvals. Work with executives to determine budgets, targets, collaborate on promotional pricing strategies and analysis campaign profitability and results.Key Responsibilities:* Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and grow market-share.* Lead B2B marketing strategies, ability to produce and executive B2B marketing plans including sales tool kits, lead generation programs and campaign management.* Proven record retaining business, acquiring new business, increase market-share with emphases on tracking results compared to financial goals (revenue, market-share, EBITDA).* Ability to lead and maintain B2B brand, introduce brand in new markets, experience with marketing materials such as product sell sheets, brochures, user guides, presentations and support story development.* Key liaison between sales and marketing attending meetings, community events, meet with customers and RFP involvement when needed.* Come up with creative and innovative ways to build the sales team's expertise in our brand value proposition.* Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.* Build relationships and partnerships with sales team to integrate into their teams.* Prepare and adhere to budgets.* Drive campaign management for client acquisition programs across multiple channels using scientific data to prove out campaign strategies.* Provide assistance on press releases, contributed articles, presentations, events, and conferences.* Owns the development of the B2B and MDU marketing calendar while correlating efforts with the product launch schedule.* Understand the products and services offerings and approach of key competitors and provides input to senior leadership.* Partner with marketing analytics to develop reporting criteria and track lead generation results.* Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing campaigns based on analysis and feedback.* Take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics.* Reinforcing the brand strategy and value propositions for our portfolio of brands.* Works with multiple agency resources and relationships.* Provide feedback into product management teams, collaborate to create, launch and track performance of product and service offerings in our markets.Required Skills / Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree; M.B.A a plus.* 5-7 years of professional B2B marketing experience; industry experience preferred.* Experience and understanding of commercial vertical markets including enterprise, medium, small business sales teams.* Experience working on direct mail programs, direct marketing agencies and familiar with agencies specializing in data warehousing, business intelligence or analytics and modeling services a plus.* Skilled in direct response marketing with ability to craft integrated marketing strategies across all c
