Position Summary:

  • The Executive Brand Marketing and Communications (BMC) team was established during 2014. This has involved the integration of marketing, communications, PR, service line and sector teams into a consistent global operating model.

  • The APAC Financial Services Organization has ambitious growth targets and needs innovative market programs to build brand reputation – publications, programs, sponsorships and PR - to support these business targets.

  • This marketing executive role is a role in the BMC Executive. It sits within the Go-To-Market pillar for APAC FSO and provides project support to marketing programs with a focus on our three sectors – Banking & Capital Markets, Insurance and Wealth and Asset Management. The pillar is responsible for driving marketing activity across all sectors in APAC as well as provides support to our sales-driven campaign program.

  • The role will support marketing senior managers on a project basis in the APAC FSO BMC team, working on projects supporting the business.

  • For an ambitious marketing professional this role provides the opportunity to become involved in the development and deployment of a range of international marketing projects in a professional services area undergoing unprecedented changes.

  • Success in this role is measured through positive relationships with stakeholders, timely execution to plan budget management of internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.


Essential Functions of the Job:

The primary role and responsibility of this position will be to work in a team environment and deliver the admin services including, but not limited to –

  • Administrative support for all APAC FSO GTM leaders and sector marketing leaders:

  • Provide strong support to the APAC FSO GTM Leader and sector marketing leaders

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and maintain good working relationships across BMC and other functions

  • Support the team in the best practice usage of the Firm’s e-marketing tools (including GEMA) and CRM

  • Create, configure and administer e-marketing campaigns

  • Support the team with administrative tasks such as: BRET, legal review and other compliance based activities required on BMC programs

  • Manage production and approvals processes (including SCORE)

  • Provide event management support on major programs

  • Provide PMO support on major initiatives including support on coordination of large meetings

  • Assist to track spend against budget and provide management information to the GTM Leader, including management of progress reports and update of activity calendars
