_Position Summary_: The Marketing Systems Manager is responsible for the systems, tools, and processes that facilitate demand generation activities at XOS. This role oversees the marketing technology stack, a group of technology-based tools including web platform, marketing automation, content management system, social media, and analytics tools. The Marketing Systems Manager will track the conversion of leads and make results visible to stakeholders, as well as lead the marketing team in troubleshooting and problem solving to overcome challenges and reach aggressive targets.
The leadership of the Marketing Systems Manager will advance the sophistication and effectiveness of digital marketing and demand generation at XOS.
The position will work closely with the rest of the marketing team, product management, sales operations, sales reps, and resources at other Danaher operating companies to maintain and enhance an advanced, sustainable, and practical process for driving leads, opportunities and revenue for XOS.
_Responsibilities_: * Manage the tools in the marketing technology stack, ensuring that they are combined and synchronized in a smooth, repeatable, and effective process * Maintain a strong understanding of digital best practices; monitor performance of website and execute enhancements to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and increase e-commerce revenue * Manage and continuously improve SEO, SEM, remarketing campaigns, and use of existing and new social media platforms * Optimize lead scoring and nurturing to ensure quality leads are passed to sales for qualification with increasing efficiencies and conversion rates * Utilize the Danaher Business System (DBS) in the form of standard work documents, action plans, and kaizens to track the effectiveness of demand generation activities and achieve aggressive goals, as well as lead the marketing team in problem solving * Define metrics, reports, dashboards, and visual management to measure results and facilitate daily management of marketing operations * Design and track ROI of marketing activities to ensure optimized spend * Grow, segment, and leverage the marketing database for greater campaign effectiveness * Effectively manage and coordinate a variety of vendors, corporate contacts, and internal personnel
_Critical Success Factors_: * * Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to drive actions in a matrix organization with limited supervision * Critical thinker with strong analytical capability and an aptitude for interpreting results and making adjustments * Process-oriented with bias toward action for problem solving and counter-measuring * Exceptional attention to detail * Excellent time management and organization skills, overall ability to get things done * Project management skills to develop plans and ensure key deliverables and timelines are met * Ability to work in a global environment *_Required Skills/Experience:_ * * Minimum of 2 years in marketing with experience driving results through SEM, SEO, and other digital marketing tactics * Experience developing, implementing and measuring digital marketing initiatives, leveraging tools like Google Analytics * Proven track record of driving execution and delivering results * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Experience with data-mining, analysing, interpreting, and reporting * Logical thinking and ability to balance long-term strategic viewpoint with tactical execution * Must be consummate team player with strong interpersonal skills *_Desired Skills/Experience:_ * Advanced experience with SalesForce, Marketing Automation (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua), and/or business intelligence software * History of translating complex data sets into concrete business recommendations * Superior knowledge and use of Excel and Access * Experience managing vendor relationships and ensuring all outsourced work is consistent, high quality, cost-effective, and reflects branding specifications.
_Education:_ * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
