The Marketing Associate is responsible for executing marketing programs that build the XOS brand and drive sales of XOS products and services. This role will require enthusiasm, creativity, and innovation to engage prospective customers, encourage long-term customer loyalty, and, ultimately, to drive growth for XOS. Reporting to the Marketing Campaign Manager, the Marketing Associate ensures that customer-facing content across all channels and media is consistent with company strategies, product messaging, and company brand standards. The position will work closely with the rest of the marketing team, product management, sales operations, and resources at other Danaher operating companies to maintain and enhance an advanced, sustainable, and practical process for driving leads, opportunities and revenue for XOS. This role is intended as a launching pad for a candidate to grow, develop, and advance a marketing career here at XOS and, possibly, throughout Danaher Corporation.
_Responsibilities_: * Manage leads process including lead generation, qualification, distribution, tracking and ROI analysis. * Consistently monitor the ongoing success of marketing activities based on clear metrics, recommending adjustments to optimize results. * Manage projects and vendor relationships with outside agencies, designers, developers, and marketing counterparts with sister companies and/or corporate Danaher teams. * Develop sales tools, documents, and other collateral for training and improvement of the sales process. * Maintain a strong understanding of digital best practices; monitor performance of website and execute enhancements to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and increase e-commerce revenue * Manage and continuously improve SEO, SEM, remarketing campaigns, and use of existing and new social media platforms * Utilize the Danaher Business System (DBS) in the form of standard work documents, action plans, and kaizens to track the effectiveness of demand generation activities and achieve aggressive goals, as well as lead the marketing team in problem solving * Grow, segment, and leverage the marketing database for greater campaign effectiveness

_Desired Skills/Experience:_* * * Minimum of 2 years in marketing with experience driving results through SEM, SEO, and other digital marketing tactics * Experience developing, implementing and measuring digital marketing initiatives, leveraging tools like Google Analytics * Experience with data-mining, analysing, interpreting, and reporting * Superior knowledge and use of Excel and Access * Strong working knowledge of SalesForce CRM
