Program Assistant (SAMD-17-1557-Z)

Bowhead is looking for a Program Assistant to perform a variety of administrative functions within support services to the CECOM Security Management Directorate (SAMD). The Contractor shall provide a variety of financial, administrative and records management

functions within program management.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate and submit supply orders. Track supply budget.

  • Provide a variety of records management functions

  • Perform administrative duties, including timekeeping (ATAAPS), scheduling conference rooms, and setting up video teleconference, teleconference and visit requests.

  • Preview memos for consistency, policies, content, grammar, spelling, and appropriate format.

  • Maintain training and reporting schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time.

Requirements

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must have an active security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for a Secret clearance at this location.

  • High School or GED and 1+ years of relevant experience

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

  • Assertive, task-oriented, detailed, and an initiative taker

  • Commitment to quality customer service and customer’s needs with a dedicated attitude that ensures mission success.

  • Quick learner, creative, resourceful, and able to work independently

  • Highly organized with the ability to see both the details and the big picture.

  • Excellent communication skills, team player

  • Experience working in different types of database systems

  • Prior DOD experience

  • Active Secret Security Clearance

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
